Relisting item
AnsweredI had 7 listing close and did not sell. I have tried to relist as a group and individualy and they wont RELIST.
My account has a zero balance .
Any suggestions please ?

What's happening when you try to Relist your items, are you getting any error messages?
Are you Relisting through the Desktop site or one of the Apps & have you tried through both?

Ive tried desktop, ipad and phone . No error messages. They just dont relist.

Sorry no one has come back to you as yet,
If you are running Auctions, Buy Now or MQL Listings are you able to use the Sell Similar in the interim to get your Listings back up?
You can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for further assistance & to report your issue, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Have your Listing numbers in hand to type into the Chat window enabling staff to pull them up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
