FTP Details

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. There are a few topics if you go through them where they have a contact form to write a message in, but it might take some finding. Presumably you have been in touch with them already to request a Retail Feed CSV FTP login, which is what you need to ask for. 

You can also try making contact on their Live Chat on the same Contact Us page. Live chat is usually there weekdays business hours, but it only shows if someone is available.
