Kia Ora David,
How long ago did your original Listing expire?
Did you withdraw the original Listing?
Listings can only be renewed within 45 days of the original listing expiring - if the occupation was fulfilled & the Listing withdrawn you have to Create a New Listing. If the Listing wasn't withdrawn & you are within the first 45 days have you attempted to Relist through the Desktop site? - If the Desktop site doesn't provide the option you will have to contact TradeMe staff directly through "Live Chat" for assistance in getting the Listing back up. - Cheers.

I have no idea what the "Desktop site" is. Can you help, please?

BTW the occupation was not filled (as I have already explained). All I want to do is reactivate the listing, and pay any fees involved. Is there a problem with this?

Kia Ora David,
What device are you using to access TradeMe? - would this be your phone, tablet or ipad Or are you using a Laptop or PC?
If you are using your phone, tablet or ipad type TradeMe.co.nz in the Browser address bar and TradeMe will come up in a list of options for you to select > this will open the Desktop site of TradeMe for you.
If you are using a Laptop or PC you are likely already on the Desktop site > select 'My TradeMe' top right of the page > scroll down the Left hand side banner menu & select Unsold > select Relist on the expired Listing - if Relist is not there, click into the Listing to open it and then select the Relist. - If the Relist option isn't there you will want to contact a TradeMe staff member direct - Cheers.
