Rental
Hi. I was really interested in a rental but have been really busy with work the last few weeks and forgot about it. I went and it the listing has expired, dosnt say it’s been withdrawn. I’m just wondering weather someone human from TradeMe can find out for me if it’s still available or not? Or email me. I tried to email about it but TradeMe sent back my email??

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Cindy-ann,As Rentals are Classified Listings this is just like putting an Ad' in the local newspaper which is outside of TradeMe's domain as the Renter & prospective Rentee's converse outside of the platform,What you can do ...- If you have the Member name you can see if they have any other Listings which you could perhaps put a Question through enquiring after the Rental.
- Save the Member to your Favourites under a 'Email me daily' so you are notified if the Rental is relisted.
- Keep an eye on the Expired Listing - these tend to not be withdrawn straight off if tenanted until the tenancy is established & confirmed due to the cost of Listing fees should the tenancy fall through and the Rental having to be Relisted.
