Can't answer question
I have a question from a potential buyer about shipping costs to Nelson. The listing is currently buyer must pickup. When I try to submit the answer I get a blocked error message. Has anyone had a similar experience or know how to work around this? I've logged a query with Trade Me.

Callum Community SuperuserHello Bronwyn. Are you trying to type a number into the answer field by any chance? Trade Me have tightened up question responses to try and stop people adding phone numbers and email addresses in this field. Maybe you are caught out there. If you have numbers in your answer try typing those out as words instead.

Yeh I tried typing the amount as letters and still no luck.

If you want to now offer shipping you could add the shipping costs to your auction in the section dedicated to that and just answer "shipping costs added" or similar to the question

Great. It's always good to have the shipping costs on your items when you list them. Makes for a much smoother transaction for both you and the buyer. :)
