Viewing an auction - iOS reader view

Hi
why is it when I get a notification in an email and I click on an auction to view it goes to a page with a written description different to the normal page and I’m unable to view the photos?
this doesn’t always happen but only sometimes??

Callum Community SuperuserHi Gary. Perhaps you are experiencing the differences between the "new" and "old" websites. Some items will open in the new look, some in the old traditional format. Perhaps a screenshot of what you are seeing would help.

Hi Gary. You are on "reader view" on your apple device by the look. That is what that AA you can see on the left of the url bar signifies. Reader view gets rid of all pictures. Tap that AA and you should have options to go back to normal. There is probably a permanent fix somehow if doing it once doesn't fix it for good. I'll let you research that now you know what is happening :)
