Buyer who accepted my fixed price offer has not replied to me.

The auction closed Friday, 2 days ago. But after that the buyer accepted my lower fixed price offer almost immediately. There was about 40 watchers. Trademe has sent instructions and i have emailed the buyer but no reply. What do I do? Trademe doesnt seem to have someone to help but keeps telling me to click on buttons i dont have in my account.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Ben,Since the purchase was only Friday it's early days yet,TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment. - Being the weekend it is possible you may hear from your Buyer tomorrow - Monday 9 December 2024.Have you checked your spam/junk email folder incase their email went there? - If you have messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers. - The next step would be to send a reminder email nearing the end of the 7 days - if that goes unanswered place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed a couple of times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you - feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though it can only be changed the once.If you hear nothing after the 7 days apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer.I hope your Buyer is well and you hear from them soon - All the Best - Cheers.1
