Instant pay doesn't work
I just won an auction and the intstant pay button doesn't work.
I have a credit card loaded against ping so it should work but the button does nothing?
Can any body help?

Double check your Ping Transactions page to ensure your payment hasn't already gone through.
A few further Troubleshooting steps for you to try...- Have you Logged out and completely shut the TradeMe site down then reconnected & Logged back in?
- Check you are on the latest up to date version of your Device Browser.
- Clear your Browser Cookies & Cache. How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser (wikihow.com)
- Try through using the opposite site you have tried already i.e. App vs Desktop site.

I upgraded to the latest version of windows last night.
I tried logging in with a new browser (Chrome) - so cookies and cache are not relevant as there were none. I usually use edge.
I haven't tried paying via the app will try that now

just tried the app the confirm payment button does not work there either.

Did you double check your Ping Transactions page to ensure the payment hasn't gone through already?
- Did you try making payment via Edge as normal?
- Double check the expiry date on your card used with Ping.
- Double check your payment card is still accepted by TradeMe - Q cards are no longer accepted However Q Mastercards are.
- Try Deleting & Re-installing your card.
- Have you been able to use that particular card on other online purchases in the last 24hrs?
- Have you communicated with your Seller as yet?
If payment hasn't gone through & you still can't make payment with an accepted card in the morning 27 November 2024, you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for direct assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
