Hello Noel. If it's a bank deposit you are trying to make that all happens outside Trade Me so it's not really anything Trade Me is doing. You would need to contact the seller for their bank details if they haven't already sent them to you.

A seller can choose to have Ping activated as a payment method, so it's possible they don't have Ping available, and haven't sent their bank details to you?
