Please relist my scooter ad

Hi there. Can trade me please relist our scooter ad for us, where a buyer mistakenly purchased it. We applied for a refund of the success fee which was approved on 10 November. There used to be a relist button on the app for relisting refunded auctions but it no longer exists. Why is it so difficult to relist an auction if a buyer pulls out when it is no fault of the seller? Can you also please make the website/app more functional and more like ebay? It's very frustrating to use. Many thanks.
