Cannot pay by Ping - "Http failure response"
Hi, I am using the TradeMe site on my desktop, and I've just yesterday been switched over to the new view. I made three Ping payments yesterday, and the fourth has failed with:
Http failure response for https://api.trademe.co.nz/graphql/ : 500 OK
(or sometimes 400 OK)
I have tried multiple times over 24 hours. I have just tried on the phone app and it seems to have worked.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello Alice. The post below your one reports a Ping error today. I've had a few buyers come through over the last few days saying they had errors as well.
Good to know that switching to the App worked for you.

Hi Callum, thanks for your reply. I saw that post but I wasn't sure it was the same issue. I have no notifications saying that Ping is unavailable, just an error when trying to pay.

Hi Stephen. The error messages on Trade Me are often not that helpful. If you are getting an error one way it's often good to try another way. So try the App if using Desktop, and the other way around.
Any chance the seller could have blacklisted you previously?
