Fail to process payment of over $1000 via Ping
Hi I won a phone worth $1300 and want to make payment via ping. My Ping balance has $0 so it will need to withdraw from my bank account linked to Ping. However, it does not let me pay with the error being 'Failed to process payment. Bank account purchases are limited to $1,000 per day". Anyone knows how to fix this? Isnt that people can make payment via ping for up to $10,000??????

Would you be using a Debit card connected to your Ping account which is restricted by your Bank to a $1,000. spending limit per day?
Have you been issued a new replacement card which has been updated with a new expiry date though you haven't yet updated this via your Ping account payment methods?
If you have more than 1 payment method card through Manage Ping ensure you are selecting the correct card when making your Ping payment.
If you are using a credit card which covers the purchase price try deleting then reinstalling that particular card.
Yes! Members can use Ping for purchases upto 10,000. - Your Bank is the decider of daily purchase allowances applied to cards.
If you have a restricted daily spend on your card you may have to make 2 separate deposits on 2 separate days. - Communicating this to your Seller.
If you should be able to make the one transaction payment for the full amount of the purchase though deleting & reinstalling your card through Ping payment methods doesn't work for you try logging out & back in - if this doesn't work try clearing your cookies & cache.
