Paid by Ping but also charged again by Afterpay
For order P237786940 I tried to pay using Afterpay but got a decline message on Trademe, than paid by Ping that went thru but also received a message afterwards from Afterpay that Ive got charged by Trademe for the same order again the same amount. I've contacted Afterpay and got told that I have to contact Trademe directly, Ive contacted the seller and I was advised that they only received one payment on their account. Please refund the Afterpay payment.

Sorry to read that's happened to you,
Double check your Account Statement to confirm what has taken place. https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/AccountStatement.aspx
Double check your Bank statements to confirm the payments have both gone out.
If both payments show as outgoing Re-check with your Seller later today, currently being 12:30am, incase there is a delay in them receiving notification of the Afterpay payment. - It is your Seller who refunds one of the payment types back to you.
