Not received all my money from Ping
I sold an item and the buyer paid via Ping. However the Ping balance is nearly $8 less than it should be. I checked to see if unpaid success fees would account for the discrepancy but no. Can you please help.

If you had any other charges like your Ping fee &/Or Afterpay, Promotional extra's to boost your listing placement, set a Reserve price, Specified your own listing end date or input a Subject line etc. these could explain your charge perhaps.After you've confirmed all of the actual charges in your account statement and your balance is still out you can contact TradeMe staff through the "Live Chat" facility for assistance.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmCONGRATULATIONS on the Sale 😊- Cheers.0
