Trades with a "KP" why don't have these have a refund success fee request option yet

It currently depends on which site & category your Listings are created in as to which Reference number they will have, the KP Numbers are Listings created in the New platform & the P numbers are Listings created in the original platform. - Whilst the system is being slowly upgraded to the New site by category a small number of Listings currently don't have the 'Apply for your Success Fee Refund' available as yet, in these cases you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance in obtaining your Refund.

You can send your report regarding the Success Fee Refund option to TradeMe staff using the 'Tell us what you think' Link on the Desktop site to help prioritise the resolve fix - Cheers.
