Trademe members unable to place bids on my auctions
Among the many glitches I've been experiencing with this so called 'new look', one is of particular concern. I was recently contacted by another trademe member who claims that they had tried to bid on my auctions but was unable to do so. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Have they said what happens when they attempt to bid &/Or if any error message comes up? - Whether they've tried through both the Desktop & App sites?
There is a possibility the Member may have account restrictions which can happen for any number of reasons from as simple as needing to Top up their account, whether they've breached any rules such as sharing contact info' or TradeMe may require further information from them etc.
If you want you give us one of the Listing numbers Members can have a look for you to see if there's an issue with your Listing. - Cheers.
