I refunded the wrong person with Afterpay
I hope someone can help, I've issued a refund with Afterpay to the wrong person. How can I cancel it? I have contacted trademe through email and Afterpay and haven't heard back from Trademe and Afterpay was no help.

Hi Jeremy use the Live Chat option to speak live with a staff member and get their help. You will have to wait until 8am when the chat staff are back online.
To use the live chat option go to the contact us section at the bottom of any page and then click on the blue speech icon on the bottom right side of that page type in talk to a person you will then be connected to a Trade Me staff member that you can chat with live.
Live chat is only available during business hours which are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 4pm.

Trademe contacted the person I gave a refund to by accident as I was having a hard time contacting them. The person made contact a few days later and I arranged payment. I had to let them make fortnightly payments as it was my mistake. I have to trust that they will continue payments till they are paid in full. But the main thing is they contacted me and the first payment should be this week.
Trademe said to contact them if I didn't hear from the person in a few days.

It sounds like you have a good Buyer there who would have got quite a suprise with the refund themselves - It's great to read TradeMe are supporting you with this throughout also. - I did wonder if the approach may have allowed you to setup another Listing for the Buyer to kick off the Afterpay payments again however to have the Buyer communicating is the most important step which you've achieved. - Much appreciated & All the Best!😊
