Property method of sale changed
Our real estate agent listed our property as a deadline sale. Within 24 hours, all watchlisters received a notification saying we’d changed our method of sale to ‘enquiries over $******, (the amount was $50,000-$60,000 lower than what we would have advertised. Was this a glitch from trade me?

Have you spoken with your real estate agent regarding this?
I have just checked the site Announcements page for you and there are no notifications of any glitches or trouble with the Property site. - I would consult your agent first who may have more information for you and together you can enquire with TradeMe if/as required. - All the Best - Cheers.

Thanks for your fast reply. Yes we asked our agent and he said Trade Me had a glitch and it had happened to quite a few people, some had even had their whole listings deleted?

Gosh that is a concern,
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Put your Listing number in the chat window so staff can pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmIt would be good to know if an apology and correction email is to be sent out to all your watchers from TradeMe. - All the Best! - Cheers.0
