missing address details
AnsweredI receive notification via email of the buyer delivery address yet I do not access to it. This feature used to be automatic in TradeMe. Now I have to manually ask for the address from buyer via their email, which adds time to the process. Why has this changed?

Do you mean you have received the std Buyer delivery address email, but there is nothing in the email? That sounds like a buyer problem. Or, do you mean you go to book the courier but the address does not show? This often happens when the buyer has manually entered their address and something is wrong with it eg a postcode has wrong, or they have used an incorrect suburb. The address should still be shown in the email plus on Trademe. I get invalid addresses every day that require manual courier booking.
