Why can't I offer watchers a price when auction has closed?

sigh...

Trade-me are having a nightmare, I started a thread last week moaning about it - search a few pages back and you'll find it.

I have started some new auctions this week and have run into the same issues as before so nothing has been fixed it.

I have contacted Trade-me this morning and their response was 'we know about it and it's getting fixed' no time frame, etc

It's on occurring on certain categories - my lego auctions are fine, all my comic book auctions have issues.

Basically we just have to wait for Trade-me to sort this mess out.....

1) can't offer watchers fixed prices

2) can't leave feedback on sold auctions

Yep Same. This has been going on for more than a month. Where is the coding been done for TM - Mumbai?

Any coder who cannot fix this and every other anomaly in a shift should be deep sixed.

and those temporary problems continue and are getting worse...

TradeMe management calls this progress.  i dont

yep it is getting bit annoying the temporary problems have been going on for so long and that cannot make offers to watchers

after years of so-called improvements TradeMe is still blocking offers to watchers...

no reason given why for some and not for others...

messing up the auction system for the time being, annoying more and more people.

wonder whether we will ever see an improvement under current management and overseas owners of trademe
