Ping & TradeMe Non Contact
I have contacted Trademe on Facebook and the contact us chat.
I has manually withdrawn and I have the 0.01c transaction with the "code". I need to talk to a person about Ping withdrawal.
I have not received any email about "please get in touch about ping withdrawal", they say they resend it then i can't get hold of anyone again. I keep getting told its with Trust and Safety.
I know TM is busy but i have been taken for a ride for multiple day now! I need a solution here.

Have you verified you account with TradeMe? - when you see the 1cent in your Bank account you need to scan your emails - spam/junk folders as well, for one from TradeMe Trust & Safety Team asking you to verify your account - Once you reply to that verification, if you have made a manual transfer out you need to select that same button Tab again to release the funds. - It can take 1 - 2 days for the payment to show in your Bank account depending on your Banks processing times.
It sounds like you have been in a Live Chat session with a TradeMe staff member - you should have been emailed your Chat Transcript - You can reply to that Chat Transcript email & a staff member will reply email you if you still require further help.
