Five days ago I send an email confirming if they've paid, or if they just want me to send to one they'd paid for. No response.

b) send the item they've paid for and hope they suddenly don't pay for the other one
c) refund what they paid and pretend the sales never happened. Won't relist the items for a couple of weeks anyway, so that gives them the chance to pay in full if they really do want them (which they obviously don't...)
d) something else

Hi Sam. Have you sent through the success fee refund request? I would do this first. That way an automatic email is generated from Trade Me to the buyer reminding them of their obligations.
Make your next move after you have the result of the success fee refund request (takes 3 days)
