Ping Refund
Hello can anyone explain why when receiving a Ping refund from a seller to a buyer
the amount was $73, looks like some sort of fee taken straight after for $25.54
this seem an unreasonable amount.
Have tried every contact us link to trademe with no success
does anyone know how to contact Trademe (whats the secret Trademe)

Select the link below to double check for related fees in your account statement.To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Put your Listing number in this window so staff can pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -

Sorry to read your having trouble contacting TradeMe staff,My Comment for you has gone into Pending Status awaiting a TradeMe staff member to clear. - If you select 'My Trade Me' top right of your screen > scroll down to 'My Balances & Select the blue highlighted 'view account statement' you can check what the fees may be related to. - Meantime this is how my complete comment reads for you. - All the Best! - Cheers.
