Changing selling category
My electronics item somehow ended up in the Motors/Marine/Parts category and I could not edit/change it to general electronics, even before I finalised the ad. Apparently this is a Tradme rule. You get locked up in Motors! Damn annoying, as it means I have to create a completely new sale entry, with everything re-entered and more costs. And Trademe charges me $3 for the privilege!!

S Community SuperuserEditedKia Ora Reid,I hear you,Under the circumstance I'm sure when you give your Listing numbers to a TradeMe staff member they will help you out with those fees so you only pay once for the Listings.To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing numbers in the Chat window.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
