Find out how to resize your photos and upload your video to YouTube.
Review photo specifications
To get the best results, upload to Trade Me follow these specifications. Make sure your image meets our photo and video guidelines.
At least 500px on any one side
Up to 5MB
PNG, JPG, BMP, or GIF
Check your photo's size
Go to My Photos to see the dimensions of your images. In my Products or Tradevine, go to the product and click on the image.
Resize your image
If your photo is too large, resize it.
- Mac OS: Crop, resize or rotate an image in Preview on Mac
- Windows: Edit photos and videos in Windows
- iPhone: Crop, rotate, flip, or straighten photos and videos on iPhone
- iPad: Crop, rotate, flip, or straighten photos and videos on iPad
- Android: Edit your photos
Photo is too small
If your photo is too small, it’s best to take a new high-quality photo.
Upload your video to YouTube
You can’t upload a video directly to your Trade Me listing. You need to upload it to YouTube and get the link first.
