How do i file a report against an item i recently won when i accidentally deleted the listing in my won tab?

I am writing in because i bought an electric mower only yeaterday  - I paid cash to the sellers wife. i tried the mower once and mowed a strip of grass and was successful. I had placed positive feedback by mistake immediately after mowing the strip thinking it was great. . I emptied the catcher, returned to restart the mower and it didnt work. I also discovered that there wires were exposed between the start up and battery 🤦‍♀️. Which was quite cleavely hidden. This was not in the description of the item.
