The transaction is not going ahead. If I refund the buyer from ping how does ping refund work? Full amount? Full amount less trademe fee?  Full amount and I get reimbursed the Trademe fee automatically?  Do I refund the full amount and separately request trademe fee refund? What's the process? thanks
