This is still not fixed! I have the latest version that was released only 2 days ago which promised 'squishing some bugs' but this bug was obviously not one if them. To reiterate the problem: I sell something. I go to 'sell similar' so all the same details are already populated. I click 'start my listing' and get the error ' The quantity must be at least one' but there is nowhere in the app to adjust the quantity.
