    Hi Wally are you aware of the live chat option Trade Me have it allows you to talk directly to a Trade Me staff member about your issues. Live chat is available by clicking on the contact us section at the very bottom of any page then selecting the blue chat option on the bottom right side of that page ask to speak to a person and you will be connected to a staff member. Live chat is only available during business hours so will be available again from 8am when Trade Me staff are back online.

    Hi M does using the Firefox or Chrome web browsers not work on your iPad either? You could also try using BidBud it works more like the old Trade Me did and I can use BidBud on my outdated iMac using the older version of the Safari web browser. https://www.bidbud.co.nz/

    I can still access the Trade Me site using my iPad and Safari version 17.6.1 but on my iMac I can no longer access any version of Trade Me using Safari I have to use either Firefox or Chrome which both still allow me to access Trade Me on my iMac. My iMac is old and can't be upgraded past Safari version 10.13.6 High Sierra therefore making it incompatible with the Trade Me  website now. Depending on how old your device is and what version of Safari it can access will determine if you can still access the Trade Me site with it.     Cam have you used the live chat option to talk directly to a Trade Me staff member about the issues you are seeing it is likely to be a system glitch and not any sort of attempt to deceive members the upgrades Trade Me have been doing recently have caused many issues across the site.     Hi Cam I feel for you and any others who have been locked into the new look Trade Me site I am dreading the day it happens to my Trade Me account. I don't understand if Trade Me has removed access to the desktop version for certain members and that member is having issues with the new look sites functionality why Trade Me can't reinstate access to the desktop version for that member until they sort out all the issues the new look site is having but that maybe beyond the capability of Trade Me I don't know. Can affected members use a site like BidBud to get some sort of normality back on the...
