Hi I have refunded the buyer $80 for 9carat gold earrings. Because I mistakenly thought they were 18 carat. She is refusing to return them unless I also pay her for postage. Who pays for this? She has all the power, the item and has been refunded. Not fair in my opinion. Especially as they were very good value anyway as they are the size of a 10 cent piece.
