I added a vehicle to my watchlist and before taking any further action the auction closed. The seller then offered me a price to purchase the vehicle (this was a trademe offer, not contacted externally). I'm not sure how this works I haven't encountered this feature before, but I hadn't made contact with the seller previously so I assume they could see that I had watchlisted it.
