Hi Michelle, oh I hope not. Advised to upgrade, did that & authenticated buyers was switched off or either when did a quick relist which is possibly another way authentication is not automatically carrying over anymore, which means we have to edit every listing individually to make sure authentication stays on. I have been going through every listing today, taken 2 hrs so far....!! I contacted the team before 12pm, been there, done that...heard nothing..!! Still have more listings to check for authentication is on & also add freight for which keeps disappearing every time edit or cos it ...

Millier....yes that's good advice, I find app is very temperamental. Desktop works better, some listings have disappeared off desktop & ONLY shows on App....it's gone weird to use now. All over the place....too many sites...
