Hi Michelle, oh I hope not. Advised to upgrade, did that & authenticated buyers was switched off or either when did a quick relist which is possibly another way authentication is not automatically carrying over anymore, which means we have to edit every listing individually to make sure authentication stays on. I have been going through every listing today, taken 2 hrs so far....!! I contacted the team before 12pm, been there, done that...heard nothing..!! Still have more listings to check for authentication is on & also add freight for which keeps disappearing every time edit or cos it ...

Why does freight repeatedly keep disappearing from listings...I enter it in as routine, when go into the listing again on most occasions the freight cost has disappeared & has to be reentered,....a seriously big time consuming exercise. Even when I want to edit a listing, I have to repeatedly keep reposting the freight again and again and again and again. Hopefully today I have gone through every listing to put freight on... hopefully it stays on the listing. Also, one sale went through Ping, person paid, however as the freight had once again disappeared, the buyer had to pay via Inter...
