Hi I clicked the Activate option but the system asked by a code, and I don't have the code because this bank account doesnt exist. I am stuck.

Hi all I want to change the bank account to use After Pay. I closed the appeared account and never activated it in Trademe. When I followed the instructions, it said I should click on Manage Account, but this option did not show. I have sent emails, chatbot, etc., and I am still waiting for an answer. Attached is the image of where the Manage Account option should be.
