Hello, I am a first home buyer and I am looking at putting my house to market in Auckland in a couple of weeks. I appreciate that it's an unusual time and I am trying to plan for it very well and be as creative as I can for my marketing to be successful. Any advice around which day of the week is better to list the house on trademe? and are there any tips anyone has to maximise the exposure / create the best engagement? Thank you so much!
