I was unable to contact trademe directly, i.e., by email or to converse with an actual person. I had an auction: P239950071, and I tried to set up an autobid. The first bid was an autobid, but for the initial amount. For the second I did an autobid for an extra $50. Off its own bat trademe outbid (on my behalf!!!) my original bid by $40, which is where the auction closed - just two bids, both by me.
