That's exactly my point, I've sent you guys countless emails regarding issues I've had, but because you guys don't seem to care about your customers, nothing has happened. I keep getting told that issues can take up to a couple of months to sort out, which is BS if you ask me, since Auctions drop off after 45 days. My friend was blacklisted after seeking legal advice about a purchase gone wrong, but yet others are out ripping people off (feedback has very little to do it, since feedback isn't compulsory) & nothing gets done about it. Very very frustrating for legit users.

Really?? This doesn't answer the OP's question at all.TradeMe is proving more and more that they only care about the money, and not their customers.
