I've recently accepted an offer on a car, a lot of money. The seller is demanding I pay in full before pickup. I intend to pay on pickup in full, just to make sure it is as advertised, I know it's unwise to purchase a vehicle unseen but it wasn't possible to view, is he in the right to demand a deposit? Or he will sell to someone else. Hasnt listed a rego or vin, thank you
