Hi all, I'm in a very frustrating situation and would like your opinion on how to go about it. A buyer placed an order for my auction and (after checking the buyer seemed reliable) I have sent the item before payment was made. The item arrived and the buyer said the product was faulty. I have made a video explaining how to setup the product and how to troubleshoot if any of the components could be the issue.
