Yes - I do worry. I tend to make my red face's very sterile something like this "Auction closed on 1/8, auto instructions sent, emailed them on 8/8, no response, contact requested through T-Me sent 12/8. No contact from buyer - relisted" Pretty clear cut, but I still worry that even though I have done everything, that I will still get a retaliation back. Which has happened - every-time I have been able to reach out to T-Me though the dispute Feedback function and get these removed. But there is still the anxiety of waiting for it to be removed, wondering if the customer service rep will hav...
Wait what??? We could earn badges??? Haha! Good call I think, I am not sure if it ever quite worked right anyway, I am sure there were badges I earned but never got, and they were to hard to see/find anyways. Not sad to it go.
Yes open a feedback dispute, as Callum says the best way to contest a feedback and have Trade Me remove it, it to prove it to be Non Factual. You will need screen shots of your emails, you cannot just copy them into a folder and send that any more. You should be fine, although it can take days for a feedback to change, if you want one removed, it is also best if you haven’t left one on them yet, Trade Me frown on Tit for tat, if you both have red faces against your names for the same trade, then T Me seem to view it as even, and don’t bother to remove either.
Hi there Graeme I wouldn't worry about it to much pal, the key search words - "Zelda" and "Monopoly" are fine, the word Legend being spelt wrong, wouldn't be doing you any harm. (It just looks a little silly!) But the rest of your advert looks great! Nice Job. You could try going into "Live Chat" using the contact us feature at the very (very) bottom of the page, and see if someone on Trade Me staff will edit it for you, live chat is available weekdays during business hours, but seriously - I wouldn't stress over it, I think you fine.
I can feel Damian's rage here. Having Listings withdrawn is very frustrating. ( But like its been pointed out, this type of listing is not allowed). So they withdraw your listing, you ask why? You get an answer, - Then ask them again, What about the 57 other listings that have the same issue you are accusing me of? They then say to you "If you see a listing that is not right, use the community watch button located at the bottom of every listing and report it, we will take appropriate action" So then you go through and report the 57 other listings that were the same as yours ... and guess wh...
That's a pity, our experience has been that they have been very good about removing feedback if you send the screenshots? What I do find, is that you need to send them everything, in this case - not just the delivery, but all the communication that you have had with the buyer. You need to demonstrate that you have bent over backwards to accommodate them, and they are the ones who have stopped communication to resolve the issue, I would also say something along the lines of "This Feedback is Nonfactual, I have included screen shots of proof that delivery occurred" The feedback guidelines st...
This is one of the more disturbing messages that has ever been posted on this page. It sounds like you are doing the right things here, when you sent T-Me a message did you use the live chat feature - or did you fill out one of the forms? The live Chat can be a bit better at getting faster results, I am not sure what T-Me can do, even if they are booted off the site, they can still visit and look at listings, and potentially find you. Perhaps they could change your profile name? Or it maybe a case of closing your account, and starting a new one. This is really not ok, I hope it can be resol...
Hi there Gary, here is a possible answer for you. What we do, is have a copy and paste positive feedback, so what happens is our repeat customers get the same feedback repeated, occasionally we will do a custom feedback, but for the most part its copy and paste, if have a look at Turners for example they do they same thing, this maybe what you are seeing. Its not being lazy, or anything, there is only so much that can be said anyway, its just the best way of keeping things consistent for our clients.
Absolutely not, they need to return the item for a refund. Period. Just be aware though that if they pay for a courier or post it back to, if you are "In Trade" you will be expected to pay the shipping costs. If you are not 'In Trade" you should still pay the return costs, but there is a bit of lee-way, if they are prepared to split it. Don't not refund without the item, you run the risk of having no bag and no money. Personally we gave up trying to sell designer goods on Trade Me long ago, for this very reason, and other incidents. (We went as far once as reaching out to Micheal Kors to ve...
To be honest I am not so sure if the voting system is that good of an idea, its not really had much uptake from the community, I have also seen the situation where someone made a suggestion which picked up 2 down votes, and he got really upset, and wanted to start a witch hunt to find out who down voted him ( I got the blame initially because I said in the comments that I didn't agree with his idea, stated why, and got 2 up votes for trouble). I question if this feature enhances the user experience or not, people who get down voted are going to be offended, which would be quite natural, peo...
