Hi we won an auction, confirmed by Trade Me emial. The seller has decided not to proceed ... because they believe it's worth more. My understanding is that both seller and buyer are obliged to honour the process. How do we get Trade Me assistance to convey this to the seller and ensure the seller proceeds? regards Paul
