Paid with Ping. Item arrived. Was not as described. Contacted seller (from my research, appear to be a small business) and they agreed to process a refund once the item was received. I returned the item, which according to tracking, they received Thursday last week. It has now been 5 working days.Luckily, I've never had to return an item in all my years using TradeMe. As I understand it, Ping refunds are processed immediately, so it appears the individual simply hasn't processed it.
