Hi Garry, I am really worried about the fund transfers for my recent sells. I just rechecked with the ASB bank and they found no transactions and advised to check back with Trademe. The money is stuck in ping since 27th October, but the balance only shows zero... Can you please help Many Thanks Pete

There is just one issue, the balance isn't showing in ping, it shows zero. Ists there a latency or anything else I need to do? Thanks Pete

The problem is that i transfered out manually on the 27th and have not received any emails from Trade me asking for verification, so naturally I am worried something went wrong, seeing that it's now the 30th. Is there any way one can email the Trust and Safety pople? Thanks Pete

Hi Gary, I have the same problem I had d year ago... Transferred money out of ping, but only got one cent into my ASB account (with sale reference number). Do I need to do anything else to get the full amount transferred? Can you help please? Many Thanks Pete
