My classified is coming to an end. I received an email inviting me to extend by 14 days by clicking a link but this did not work. I've tried manually changing the date and this did not work. After reading advice in this thread, I've tried both phone and desktop and neither worked. I have cleared the cache and cookies and this did not work. I don't understand why this isn't a simple, obvious, one-step process. Can someone from the community help? Can someone from TradeMe help?
