    Thanks Gary,,,Have reduce the photo pixel size to 300px using Photoshop CS 6 and "Draw" Software on Win 10 but the error message still comes up.Will contact TM directly.

    Hi,Trying to upload photos but getting this prompt "Photos weren't uploaded: the maximum size for files is 5MB, images must be at least 500px on one side".Anyone got any fixes for this prompt.Thanks.
