Hello, hope I can get some helpful help. Sold a vehicle on trade me and buyer made contact and we organised a day time to finalise the transaction but he has texted me saying he can’t as at work, the strange thing is that it has happened 3-4 times now he has even paid me a deposit for the vehicle. I have given him a date/time that it is needs to be finalised but still nothing from the buyer Am I entitled to keep his deposit??
