For cars, TM states "Listing fee paid upfront – no success fees or withdrawal fees", so I thought it's strange that the seller's contact number disappeared when the auction finished and made an offer. I know I should have actioned/contacted them earlier and I guess we need to wait until they re-list if no one accepts the offer. Many thanks for your time for you and Chris.
Hi. I would like someone's help please. A person in Oamaru was selling his car and we were interested in it but we didn't contact them before closing. The auction finished yesterday, and they made an offer. We are very interested in it and would like to have a test drive before the offer closes this Saturday (travelling from Christchurch), but their phone number disappeared from the listing so we have no way to contact them except "accept offer". If you know how to obtain their phone number, could you please let me know? Of can TM ever give it to us?
