Hi, a buyer with bad feedback and a history off this problem has won my car auction.  He wants to pay the car off and pick it up now. I have said no to paying it off and told him he can't pay one payment and pick up. He does not have the money to buy it and will pay some more next week. I can't do this.  I have heard nothing back from him since last night. All he said was (Thanku) I want to offer to the other bidders or do I have to wait for a few days to see if he can get the money together. He should not be bidding if he does not have the money.
