I am seller that has had a dispute filed about a 3D printer that we sold they say it was not sold as described. We disagree with the dispute as it was definitely working when we sold it, we test printed some models twice before packaging it up. The seller arranged collection themselves as it was a pick up only auction and they say now printer doesn’t work. I have contacted them and made suggestions, offered advice and they have rejected it and want a full refund.
