Despite my requests, the purchaser has not arranged uplift of the goods paid for, getting on 2 1/2 weeks. Am I now entitled to cancel and relist the items. What about refund after cancellation - would i only refund the amount i received after fee deducted?
What is the recommended reasonable time for allowing a purchaser to sort a pick up of the goods they have bought? My purchaser lives in the south island and says it has a furniture courier it uses, and that courier will ring me.It has been two weeks now and no calls despite my indicating I want to move the goods by this weekend.
