Every company site & service has a production environment but some are smart enough to have a staging and test environments as well. It seems TradeMe are abusing its customer base by making us all alpha testers of broken code changes (something that should still come after varied user testing & a suite of deployment & functionality tests). No that is not the total price paid and it is not the price paid for the items. By charging those prices trademe is overcharging users intentionally and by listing those prices instead of the true win price it is intentionally deceiving users as those are not the item costs and are not the costs for the order (the shipping was a completely different price not equivalent to those you have listed). Hi Callum, Sorry no, those are not the correct costs. The totals of the item price are 8 & 25 but the shipping is not. So the item won cost is incorrect in the list and the shipping cost (which is a separate charge and not representative of the cost for an individual item) is also incorrect. So the New Look style makes it look like the auction completed at the won price of 14.9 & 32 which is incorrect as that is not the price of the items brought. The new look site is inaccessible so many key functions & information are removed and not able to be accessed. For selling items via my partners account we found that the new look was absolutely inaccessible so had to manage trades outside of trade me altogether and could not trust trademe even to correctly provide sales info. The best option so far is to pray you still have access to the old style using both browser set to desktop and in the trademe site at the bottom try switching the display to desktop style. I won many listings with a reference in format KP-xxxxx but they do not appear in my list of won items  In fact the whole listings disappeared from view and trademe impossible obstructive help contract forms will not let me raise a case about the listing failure to be added to my list of won items. Hello flossy63, Issue: What you are experiencing is completely normal New Look functionality. On completion of auctions for many listings the information about them disappears. Including bids, auction win price, questions, details about the listing, visibility in the lost list is often not working, they also can have failure to show in the won list correctly.
